Something Better
Lasers By Eli is a piece of Dr Kratz’s larger vision: to create the colorectal practice he wishes had existed for the patients he's cared for throughout his career. A place where expertise meets empathy. Where medical excellence is delivered with genuine understanding. Where every patient feels valued, respected, and completely comfortable.
As we grow, we're becoming not just a local practice, but a destination for people who need specialized aesthetic and colorectal care from a provider who truly understands their needs.
Getting Started is Easy
Your initial consultation with Eli begins with a thorough discussion of your concerns in a private, comfortable setting. He'll review your medical history, answer your questions, and perform an examination only if appropriate and with your consent. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, treatment options, and next steps—with no pressure to make immediate decisions.
New Patient FAQs
Please bring yourself, your photo ID, current insurance card, a list of all medications you're taking including dosages, any recent medical records or test results related to your condition, and a completed new patient registration form if you downloaded one from our website. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SAME DAY LASER TREATMENT, THE AREA TO BE TREATED MUST BE SHAVED. (RECOMMENDED TO SHAVE THE DAY BEFORE).
Your initial consultation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes. This gives Eli and Dr. Kratz time to review your medical history, discuss your concerns in detail, perform an examination if appropriate, and create a personalized treatment plan. We intentionally schedule longer appointments because we believe taking time to understand your situation leads to better outcomes. Depending on the service, same day treatment may also be possible!
Not necessarily. For esthetic treatments (laser, radio frequency) you will likely need a quick good faith exam where Dr Kratz will ask you a few medical questions. Your first appointment begins with a conversation where Eli learns about your goals and medical history. Based on that discussion, he'll determine whether an examination is appropriate during the initial visit or should be scheduled separately. Nothing happens without your consent and understanding. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.
